Before I started this project, I asked myself: What’s the story behind it? The truth is, a great result transcends aesthetics; it's a reflection of the client's heart and soul.
Gigi is an Italian-Brazilian who lives in Deiva Marina, in the Liguria region of Italy.
In 2023, she began cooking unique menus inspired by her Italian husband's grandmother’s recipe book. When she showed me the recipe book, I decided to let the essence of her idea guide my design and process.
The recipes are prepared daily with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and she targets food lovers, families, and anyone craving an authentic Italian dining experience full of flavour, warmth, and style.

Simplicity as a secret weapon:
For me, simplicity is not just a trend; it’s a timeless principle.
With this in mind, I designed a logo that incorporates a hand-drawn style, evoking the handwriting of the recipe book. A simple colour palette evokes the Italian landscapes and traditional restaurant aesthetics that inspired this project.
